Roadside assistance FAQs

Clear answers before you need help.

What roadside assistance can I find through RoadAssist+?

RoadAssist+ helps drivers find support for towing, vehicle breakdowns, tyre punctures, battery jumpstarts, accident assistance, workshops, and other vehicle services.

How does RoadAssist+ match a roadside request?

Customers raise a request with their location and vehicle details. The platform identifies nearby eligible service providers based on capability and availability, then keeps status updates visible until the request is resolved.

Can I save a vehicle in RoadAssist+?

Yes. Customers can save vehicles and select a default vehicle to make future roadside and vehicle service requests quicker. Matching authorised service contacts can also be shown for that vehicle make.

Does RoadAssist+ replace emergency services?

No. For injury, fire, crime, or immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. RoadAssist+ provides support information and service-provider coordination for roadside and vehicle needs.
